Roof Material Delivery- Timely. Organized. Hassle-Free.
Once your roofing project is scheduled, we take care of ordering all the materials needed for a smooth and efficient installation.
Here’s how the delivery process works:
- Advance Notice
We’ll contact you ahead of time to let you know when the roofing materials will be delivered. In most cases, the materials will arrive a day or two before installation begins.
- No Need to Be Home
Our trusted supplier will deliver the materials directly to your home. You do not need to be present during the delivery. We’ve got it handled.
- Driveway Access
To ensure safe and easy delivery, please make sure your driveway is clear on the scheduled delivery day. Most materials will be placed directly on the roof for convenience and efficiency.
- Start Date Reminder
We’ll also notify you the day before our crew arrives to begin the work.

- Day-Before Notification
You’ll receive a notification the day before we begin. Please ensure your driveway is clear so we have space to park our trailers and equipment.
- Attic & Wall Prep
Roof tear-offs can create dust and minor debris in your attic, especially if your roof decking is made of slat boards with gaps, rather than plywood or OSB. We recommend:
Covering or relocating items stored in your attic.
Securing any pictures, mirrors, or fragile items on walls. Roofing work creates vibrations that can dislodge loosely mounted objects.
- Yard & Property Care
We will take great care of your property while we work:
All yard furniture is moved and returned to its original spot
Your plants and garden ornaments are protected as best as possible
Let us know if anything in your yard needs special attention
While we do everything we can to protect landscaping, roofing debris can sometimes affect nearby flowers or plants. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to minimize the impact.
- Clean-Up Promise
Once your new roof is installed, we:
Clean the site thoroughly.
Remove trailers and equipment typically by the next day.
Pick up any excess materials and debris.
Perform a final sweep to ensure your yard looks great.
