Mike Baum
A passion for excellence has always been Mike’s goal in every aspect of life including our newly founded partnership at 4 Brothers Contracting. Mike is best known for his incredible attention to detail and care while serving his customers. With a BBA in his back pocket, Mike is able to create, render and execute our online marketing campaigns and content for our company. While earning his BBA from the University of Whitewater, Mike met his wife Kayla. Together, they have built a life of happiness by chasing after their daughter & surrounding themselves with great friends and family in the lake country area. When he’s not working, you will find Mike immersing himself in the great outdoors, as a Conservation Patron Mike is able to enjoy all of Wisconsin’s hunting seasons and participate in most outdoor sporting activities.
AJ Trampe
Knowing that eventually my brothers were going to pursue other dreams, I decided to partner up with my best friend of 15 years. My wife Danielle, daughter (Charlotte) and I grew up and live in the lake country area with strong relationships making it impossible to leave.

Chad Munkwitz, Senior Sales Manager
Chad recently joined the 4 Brothers team after 10 years on the supply and dispatch side of the industry. He brings with him roofing, siding, and window expertise as well as top-notch, personalized service. When clients meet with Chad, they immediately know their home or business is in good hands. Outside of work, you can find Chad woodworking, catching a round of golf, or enjoying lake life with his wife, daughter, and dog.
David Westfallen, Sales Manager
David joins 4 Brothers with a background in Civil Engineering and Construction Management. He has the experience and knowledge to help carry your project from the planning stage all the way to the implementation effectively and efficiently! David lives in Milwaukee with his wife, Caroline, and their dog, Perry. He has a passion for revitalizing the surrounding area and bringing the beautiful homes back to their original beauty! In his free time, David enjoys everything the city has to offer from the great restaurants and breweries, the street festivals and concerts, and the lakefront and forests. David is also an avid sports fan and can usually be found watching his favorite teams.
