Mike Baum

Co-Owner, 4 Brothers Contracting

A passion for excellence has always driven Mike Baum—in life, in business, and now in the foundation of 4 Brothers Contracting. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to customer care, Mike brings both heart and strategy to the company, which serves the siding and roofing needs of Waukesha County and surrounding Southeast Wisconsin.

With a marketing background, Mike leads the development and execution of our online marketing and content strategies. During college, Mike met his wife Kayla, and together, they’ve built a joyful life centered around their son & daughter, close friends, and strong family roots in Wisconsin’s beautiful Lake Country area.

When he’s not crafting marketing campaigns or serving clients, Mike is most at home in the great outdoors. As a proud Conservation Patron, he takes full advantage of Wisconsin’s rich natural offerings—hunting, fishing, and participating in nearly every outdoor sporting opportunity the state has to offer.

AJ Trampe

Co-Owner, 4 Brothers Contracting

With over a decade in the industry, AJ—co-owner and one of the original four brothers—got his start by putting shingles on himself and has since grown into leading the company with a focus on delivering quality workmanship, raising industry standards, and building lasting relationships. He’s known for his personable professionalism, strong work ethic, and a natural ability to connect with people. AJ is driven by a genuine care for the customer experience—always willing to go the extra mile to make sure clients feel heard, respected, and confident in their decision. He brings that same dedication to his team, investing in the people around him and fostering a culture of trust, support, and accountability. His wide network and reputation for doing things the right way have helped shape the company’s name and future.

Outside of work, AJ enjoys life on his farm with wife Danielle and their two kids, Charlotte and Sawyer. Whether he’s spending time with friends or mastering a sport, he brings the same energy and commitment he’s known for at work.

Each one of our Sales Managers are certified and fully trained on exterior renovation and products. To ensure nothing gets forgotten, we have several safety nets in our process for a worry-free renovation. You are the number one reason we are successful in the industry, and we want you to be treated like it!

Our final product is something we take great pride in. When someone looks at our jobs, we want them to know it’s one of ours!

Mike & AJ have created an environment throughout our company that is built on integrity. We strive that each team member holds the same core values and encourages others to do the same. Saying that this is a family owned company would be a lie. It is owned by several families that are closer than most kin. Mike & AJ have built lives with very close families, our sons and daughters are the same age, go to the same church, enjoy the same company & engulf themselves in the same activities throughout the Lake Country Community. To say the least, we are as close or closer than many family owned companies. Each time one of signs another job, that family is treated as one part of the 4 Brothers Contracting family!
